Terms & Conditions


 

1. Services

Storm Clean provides professional cleaning services for restaurants, cafés, and commercial spaces. Services include standard cleaning and deep cleaning (“Ultra”) as agreed upon before each job.
 

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may change after on-site evaluation. Quotes are valid for a limited time.
 

3. Scheduling

Appointments must be booked in advance. We will do our best to accommodate preferred times, but availability is not guaranteed.
 

4. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the service. Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.
 

5. Cancellations

Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
 

6. Access to Premises

The client must provide access to the location at the scheduled time. Delays may affect service quality or timing.
 

7. Liability

Storm Clean is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improperly secured items

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours after service.
 

8. Satisfaction

We aim for high-quality service. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will review the situation.
 

9. Health & Safety

We follow standard cleaning and safety procedures. Clients must inform us of any hazards before the service.
 

10. Changes to Terms

Storm Clean may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of these terms.
